Eligibility:

  • The giveaway competition is open to individuals who are 18 or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, officers, and directors of Wild Emery, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

Entry Period:

  • The giveaway competition period will be displayed in the instagram post.
  • All entries must be received within this period to be considered.

How to Enter:

  • To enter the giveaway competition, participants must follow the Wild Emery Instagram page & Tag a friend on the giveaway post
  • Any attempts to use multiple accounts or other methods to enter multiple times may result in disqualification.

Prizes:

  • The prizes will be picked by the Wild Emery team or as displayed in the instagram post / description.
  • The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
  • The winner will be announced on time via Direct message on Instagram.

Claiming the Prize:

  • The winner will be required to respond to the direct message to confirm their prize.
  • If a selected winner fails to claim the prize within the specified time or does not meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be chosen.

Publicity Release:

  • By participating in the giveaway competition, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.

Disqualification:
