Similar to a bath bomb, shower steamers are activated by water. They add a touch of luxury to your shower experience, can improve your mood or clear your sinuses.

Simply place your shower steamer on a shelf or shower caddy, on a soap dish or on the floor out of the water stream, where hot shower spray can activate the shower steamer and release the aroma of its essential oils into the air.
Placing your steamer up off the floor will improve the aroma experience and help your shower steamer to last longer.

Reposition your shower steamer if it is getting too wet too quickly or is placed between you and an air vent. It is recommended to position your steamer up off the floor if possible. Depending on placement, shower duration and how intense you desire the scent to be, your steamer may last 2+ showers.

We have a dedicated home studio where we make our bath and body products, located in Beechworth VIC.

Shipping

We dispatch orders in 2-3 business days with Australia Post. Within Australia standard shipping should arrive within 5 business days of being dispatched and express shipping within 3 days, for WA and during busy seasons like Christmas please allow an extra few days.

Once dispatched, you will receive a notification with your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please let us know immedietly and we can either issue a refund or ship a replacement express (at no cost to you). For faulty or damaged goods, we do require notification within 24 hours of receiving your order and photos of your faulty or damaged products.

Yes. Currently we offer international shipping to New Zealand, Canada and the USA. If you have any troubles placing an international order or are outside of these zones please get in contact with us and we will let you know what we can do to get an order to you.

Returns

Yes and no. For some products yes we can accept a change of mind return within 30 days of your order being received, provided the items are in the same condition that you received them, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for personal care items which are unsealed, this includes our lip balm, soap and bath salts.
