– Low lighting or candlelight
The ritual:
Fill the bath slowly. Add the bath soak first and let it dissolve fully before dropping in the bath bomb, watch it bloom and soften the water as you step in deliberately, shoulders down, breath long. No phone, no noise. Just water, warmth, and stillness.
Let your body be heavy. Let your thoughts slow.
When you finish, wrap yourself in warmth and move gently into the evening.
